1.1 SCOPE OF THIS REPORT
The scope of this report is to address Council’s Approval Items by providing a Stormwater Construction Management and
Maintenance Plan for the proposed Stormwater Quality Improvement Devices (SQIDs). As per Framework Letter Report
(No. B14158.W.07L dated 8 October 2015) the performance indicators (under general management, management of
mosquitoes and cyanobacterial blooms) has been addressed during the each phase of the development, as listed below:
Design Phase (Section 2.1 & 3.1);
Construction & Establishment Phase (Section 2.2 & 3.2); and
Operational & Maintenance Phase (Section 2.3 & 3.3).
Note that the structure of this report is different from the structure of the Framework Letter Report (2015) that determined
the basic criteria and framework for management of the SQIDs. This was undertaken to provide more clarity for the
readers during the different phases of the project (i.e. design, construction or operational phase), i.e. during the
construction phase all relevant details for management of the SQIDs are provided in one section. While the structure is
different, all criteria listed in the Letter Report (2015) has been incorporated in this report.
