2.3      ASSESSMENT AND REPORTING
         Using information gained from the desktop and site investigations, a description of ecological
         values was prepared, and an assessment made of likely impacts, appropriate mitigation measures
         and specific requirements necessary to achieve compliance with the relevant Council codes and
         State legislation.
