         The north-eastern and south-western portions of the property are mapped as Category C (high
         value regrowth) vegetation comprising a mixed polygon of vegetation including
         RE12.11.10/12.11.2/12.11.16/12.11.3 (50/30/10/10%) (refer to pink polygons in Figure 7). Each
         RE is described as follows:
         • RE12.11.3 described as Eucalyptus siderophloia, E. propinqua +/- E. microcorys, Lophostemon
             confertus, Corymbia intermedia, E. acmenoides open forest on metamorphics +/- interbedded
             volcanics and listed as ‘least concern’ under the VM Act.
         • RE12.11.10 described as Notophyll vine forest +/- Araucaria cunninghamii on metamorphics
             +/- interbedded volcanics and listed as ‘least concern’ under the VM Act.
         • RE12.11.16 described as Eucalyptus cloeziana open forest on metamorphics +/- interbedded
             volcanics and listed as ‘endangered’ under the VM Act.

         The site investigations identified the presence of two distinct vegetation communities on the
         property, within the survey area (refer to Figure 8). The majority of the survey area comprised
         open eucalypt forests and woodlands to 25m in height in association with the crest and upper to
         mid slopes attributed to the central ridgeline. The western extent of the allotment supported wet
         sclerophyll forest to approximately 30m with a rainforest understorey.
