         This equates to a total exempt clearing footprint of 32,647m2, approximately 14,017m2 of which
         is currently vegetated while the balance extends into the historically cleared portion of land in
         the middle of the property. The proposed development has sought to locate the dwelling and
         the larger shed within the existing cleared zone, and while some clearing to facilitate asset
         protection zones for bushfire management is required, the vast majority of this is within areas
         that are already exempt from clearing due to the presence of the existing shed and associated
         rainwater tank.
