         This represents the extent of clearing proposed for the development and includes a total clearing
         impact area of 6,200m2 made up of 4,538m2 of clearing to accommodate the new structures and
         asset protection zones for bushfire safety and 1,662m2 of clearing to access soil stockpiles for site
         rehabilitation (refer to Figure 12 and design plans provided as Appendix A).

         The clearing impact area intersects mapped remnant vegetation, core koala habitat and
         vegetation subject to Council’s overlay mapping. Of note, the stockpile areas proposed for
         clearing do not intersect mapped remnant vegetation or core koala habitat.
