Previous decisions along Seaview Terrace have allowed redevelopments of dwelling houses to
maintain existing building setbacks past the coastal building line. As such the proposed rear
setback is consistent with surrounding development.
Front Façade and Built Form Design
During the General Committee meeting dated 24 October 2022, the design of the front façade and
its compliance with the built form design requirements of the Low Density Residential Zone Code
was raised. An assessment of the relevant Acceptable Outcomes is detailed below.
