Risks & Opportunities
The tender for the new 3 year management agreement will close on 12 March 2019. The
proposed agreement extension period will allow Council to complete the tender assessment
process by the end of March and allow for the handover and establishment of the successful
tenderer while the incumbent (Crimmins Enterprises Pty Ltd) is still onsite.
