4.2.2    Proposed Car Parking Layout Adequacy
            The proposed car parking layout incorporates the following dimensions:
                           •       Visitor parking spaces measuring 2.7m wide x 5.4m long – Council requirements
                                   are satisfied
                           •       Staff parking spaces measuring 2.4m wide x 5.4m long – Council requirements are
                                   satisfied
                           •       PWD parking spaces measuring 3.2m wide x 5.4m long – Council requirements are
                                   satisfied
                           •       Minimum car parking aisle width of 6.2m – Council requirements are not satisfied,
                                   however Australian Standards are satisfied
                           •       Minimum circulation aisle width of 6.2m – Council requirements are satisfied
               Therefore the proposed car parking layout for the proposed development is in accordance with
               Council design requirements.
