An ecological assessment including strategies to mitigate disturbance and avoid conflicts is
outlined in this report. The site predominantly contains disturbed habitat, with cleared areas
and non-remnant vegetation that are dominated by invasive or introduced species. The
proposed development presents an opportunity to rehabilitate the site and enhance ecological
connectivity within and adjacent to the site and recommendations include.

x Invasive and introduced Species: A significant portion of the site identified in clusters 1-
3, including the riparian buffer zone, contained introduced and invasive species.
Management of invasive flora and fauna on site is to be undertaken as part of development
works to assist retention and enhancement of endemic vegetation and natural
      characteristics.
x Bushfire Management: No tree removal is recommended for bushfire management on
the site, however there are site-specific ecological requirements that should be adopted.
