         DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION

The development application for MCU of 20 multiple dwelling units proposes a site cover of
32% with the landscaping of 48% subject to final approval. It is understood that the proposed
development would be constructed over three stages with a total Gross Floor Area (GFA) of
1796 m2. Proposed removal of vegetation includes the central to northern section of the site
including access from Church St and introduced or invasive species to facilitate rehabilitation
in the riparian buffer zone displayed in Figure 2. Vegetation clearing of introduced or invasive
species off site on Church Street verge / site frontage is to be conditioned by Council.
