                            AO4.2                                                            The Defined Flood Levels for a 1%AEP under 2100 climate

                                                                                             Both lots will provide areas of sufficient size above the PMF that

                                                                                                        a height of 7.5m AHD and contains land up to 9m AHD,
                                                                                                        being 4m above the Defined Flood Event (DFE) for the
                                                                                                        site;
                                                                                                  + Lot 2 - is provided with a house site area that is
                                                                                                        positioned at 6m AHD, being 1m above the DFE for the
                                                                                                        site and offering sufficient free board for any PMF
                                                                                                        event. The topography of the land also offers a
                                                                                                        progressive evacuation route to higher land adjacent to
                                                                                                        the southern boundary of the lot.
