Learn to Surf Noosa Main Beach West 1
Council received three submissions for this activity.
Surf Skills Pty Ltd (trading as Noosa Learn to Surf) is the existing permit holder and has operated
surf lessons for 26 years on Noosa Main Beach. The respondent provided a very thorough, well
written submission that fully addressed the assessable criteria. The submission demonstrated an
excellent track record, very high levels of capital investment, planning for future investment and all
aspects of its business operations. The respondent’s contribution to the local economy and
