    6. EMERGENCY ASSEMBLY POINT
The nominated Emergency Evacuation Point (EEP) comprises the main carpark located
approximately 80m west of the marquee as shown in Plate 2 which is an extract from the Louis
Bazzo Pty Ltd – Emergency Action Plan (002), (attached as Appendix 1).
In the event an evacuation is triggered, all occupants of the site are to efficiently move to the
Emergency Evacuation Point as directed by the Chief Fire Warden or person in charge. This
point is separated from the adjacent hazardous vegetation by approximately 60m and given
the length of the carpark guests can also be directed to the southern end which increases the
separation distance to approximately 120m. The EEP locates the guests and staff immediately
adjacent to their vehicles and the vehicular access network in anticipation of emergency
evacuation of the site. The proposed use is reported to host a maximum of 150 people.
Site occupants are to remain at the Emergency Evacuation Point until advised by the Chief
Fire Warden that it is safe to leave the site. The Chief Fire Warden is to take instruction from
QFES and/or QPS regarding this matter.

    7. TRANSPORTATION
Guests and staff are to walk the short distance to the Emergency Evacuation Point.
Guest and staff personal vehicles and/or coach buses are to be used to evacuate the site.
Road access for emergency evacuation is to be from the main entry exit about the northern
access handle. If instructed by QFES and/or QPS to evacuate the site, the fire warden will
release guests from the site in a controlled, staged manner so as not to congest the external
roads.
