Future design stages will involve town planning, architectural,
landscape architectural and engineering design to guide both site
planning and detailed design. The finishes are intended to blend
seamlessly with the surrounding natural environment, using low-
maintenance materials in timber, natural and white tones with
feature stonework. Architectural screening will enhance visual
interest while ensuring built elements complement, rather than
dominate the landscape. The landscape palette will primarily feature
endemic plant species to maintain a natural aesthetic and ensure a
sustainable outcome.

PRIORITISED IMPLEMENTATION PLAN sheet 4 of 7

The following prioritised implementation plan outlines each improvement element in chronological order, scheduled over a 1–20 year project life cycle. Staging the
implementation of the plan will allow expenditure to be distributed across multiple budget years, enhance opportunities to access external funding and facilitate the
amortisation of costs over a longer period. The staging will also ensure minimised disruption to facilities for users.
The inclusion of elements in the upgrade plan does not represent a commitment from Council to fund proposed improvements, works or upgrades. Plan elements
identified in the implementation plan are indications of future improvements or enhancements and are not a guarantee of implementation. The implementation of
construction projects recommended in this plan is subject to relevant approvals.
