EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the report by the Director Corporate Services to the Services & Organisation
Committee Meeting dated 10 November 2020 providing a Corporate Services Department
update for the period 1 July 2020 – 30 September 2020.


REPORT
The adopted organisation structure includes the following branches under the Corporate Services
Department:

                       Financial Services;
                       ICT;
                       Procurement;
                       Fleet;
                       Property; and
                       Revenue Services.

Corporate Services primarily provides internal support to the other Council Departments, with the
exception of the Property branch that deals primarily with land and property management issues.

This report provides a brief summary regarding recent performance, current priorities and future
initiatives for the department.
