Above figures do not include any allowance for adjacent Tetrex Site (153 ET). The
loading exceeds that stipulated in Noosa Shire Council Planning Scheme Policy 6
referred to above, therefore upgrade to pump station required for Noosa Civic
Development irregardless of Tetrex Development.
