PLANNING & ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 11 JUNE 2019
2.2 Site Description
The site is substantially flat and located at the corner of Eumundi Noosa Road and Gibson Road,
Noosaville. A generous setback to the Gibson Road carriageway is a result of a wide verge and
irregular lot boundary along the Gibson Road frontage.
The main frontage and vehicular access to the site is gained via a small service road of Noosa
Eumundi Road. A minor frontage to Gibson Road is fenced and landscaped.
The existing building is single storey concrete block construction with hardstand parking area and
landscaping surrounding the structure. Reconstruction of the building is generally in accordance
with the original building. As seen in Figure 4 below, the site is fenced with a substantial timber
and blockwork fence separating the use from the adjacent dwelling to the east.
