INFRASTRUCTURE & SERVICES COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 26 MAY 2015
An investigation is currently underway to deliver a new infringement management system,
there are two possible options being explored. Option one involves an upgrade of our
current system the second option is a system developed by T1 to integrate into Council’s
core system. The two options are similar in capabilities but differ in cost and functionality.
It is expected the assessment will be completed during 2015 with a decision made as soon
as possible. Considering the age and cost to maintain the current system the replacement
infringement system should be introduced as soon as possible following the assessment.
5. Future Direction
There is further work required on the Local Laws Service review with the next stage being a
more detailed assessment of levels of service and a process review of business and
administrative systems. The review is expected to be completed by September 2015.
