Item 4 – Car Parking




In response to the Information Request, floor areas are confirmed on Sheet DA401 of the
amended plan set prepared by David Toohey Architect, dated 25th October 2022. We
formally request Council to draft an infrastructure agreement to issue for contributions in
lieu of car parking.
