It is also proposed to install 6x22.5kL (135kL total) of rainwater harvesting tanks within the new
development area. Refer to preliminary engineering drawing number C6070/20/P06 attached as
Appendix B for details. Harvested rainwater will be used onsite for topping up of new pools and
irrigation of landscaped areas.


This approach to water quality management has generally been accepted as part of previous
development applications for the site. No further water quality management is proposed as part
of this development application.




6.0    SEWERAGE RETICULATION


Refer to preliminary engineering drawing number C6070/20/P04 attached as Appendix B for
details of the existing sewerage reticulation network.


The proposed extensions to the Noosa Springs Golf Resort and Spa will be serviced by an existing
gravity sewer main, contained within a registered easement and constructed as part of previous
development works. The existing parent infrastructure will be assessed for suitability and upgraded
as required.


The site slopes from east to west at moderate grades and can readily accommodate a new internal
gravity sewer network. Detailed design of the internal sewer network will be provided by the
Hydraulic Consultant and lodged as part of future Operational Works/Building Applications.
