Parking and manoeuvring

         PO12             All carparking spaces are located within close proximity of
                          buildings providing convenient pedestrian access along aisles.
                          Adequate queuing for vehicles is available within the access
         PO13             aisles. Access aisle widths generally exceed the minimum
                          requirement, which provides sufficient space for vehicles and
                          pedestrians.
                          Lighting shall be designed and installed in accordance with AS
         PO14             1158.1-4. Refer to electrical consultants plans for details (to be
                          lodged as part of future Operational Works and Building
                          Applications).
         PO15             End of trip facilities are provided. Refer Architectural Plans for
                          details.
                          It is assumed that the existing road network was designed and
         PO16             constructed to accommodate a fully developed site. No
                          upgrades to the existing road network are proposed.
                          Stormwater runoff from the proposed carparks will be treated
         PO17             using existing water quality treatment areas constructed as part
                          of the Noosa Springs Golf Resort.
         PO18             Drainage is provided without the use of pumps or other
                          electrical apparatus.
