        PO1              Proposed finished surface levels will ensure land is free
                         draining.
        PO2              Not Applicable.
                         Earthworks fill will be undertaken generally in accordance
                         with Council’s Planning Scheme Policy PSP6 Engineering
        PO3              design standards – earthworks.

                         Proposed construction works will be designed in accordance
                         with AS 3798.
                         Appropriate control measures will be implemented
                         throughout the bulk earthworks phase to minimise the
        PO4              impact of dust and noise on the local area. A construction
                         management plan detailing these measures will be
                         prepared and lodged prior to commencement of works.
        PO5              Cleared vegetation will be disposed of in an environmentally
                         friendly manner.
                         Any required fill will be suitable for the proposed use and
        PO6              will not result in contamination of the land. Sources of fill
                         will be detailed in the construction management plan.
                         Haulage routes will be detailed in the construction
        PO7              management plan. A dilapidation report will be prepared for
                         the existing road network to ensure no adverse effects to
                         Council infrastructure.
                         The extent of earthworks is contained with the subject site.
        PO8              The areas that require earthworks, including building pads,
                         pools and car parking areas are clearly defined and easily
                         accessible.
                         Cut/fill will be minimised as far as practical. It is noted that
        PO9              some portions of the new hotel require earthworks cut
                         >1.5m.
                         Proposed earthworks will not impact on existing
        PO10             infrastructure. Proposed works are fully contained within
                         the subject site.
                         Adequate control measures will ensure no adverse impacts
                         to existing watercourses, drainage lines, wetlands. Some
        PO11             minor clearing of vegetation is required to support the
                         proposed works. Refer to the Ecology Report, prepared by
                         Gondwana Ecology, for details.
