Landslide hazard
                          The proposed development is located on land identified as
           PO1            a landslide hazard. A site-specific geotechnical assessment
                          will be prepared by a qualified geotechnical engineer and
                          lodged with Council.
Essential community infrastructure
         PO2              Not Applicable
Sloping Sites, landscape character and scenic amenity
                          The proposed hotel will be adequately screened from the
                          road frontage. The structure has been designed to follow
         PO3              the natural landform via a series of stepped levels.
                          Earthworks cut and fill will be required but has been
                          minimised as far as practical. Disturbed areas will be
                          revegetated and landscaped following completion of works.
         PO4              Proposed access and carparking will be located over flatter
                          portions of the site.
