Safety and protection of infrastructure when demolishing or removing buildings
                           A Dial Before You Dig enquiry has been lodged. Existing
                           infrastructure will be located and marked prior to
                           commencement of works.

          PO7              Redundant infrastructure will be removed and capped as
                           required.

                           Any damage to Council/Service Provider infrastructure shall be
                           rectified at the developer’s expense.
          PO8              Construction phase waste management measures will be
                           detailed in the construction management plan.
          PO9              Earthworks cut/fill will be designed to minimise the potential
                           for both cut volumes to spoil and fill volumes imported.
