Stormwater drainage design
                        A stormwater management plan has been included in the
                        engineering report. This plan includes details on the existing
         PO1            and proposed stormwater drainage infrastructure, existing
                        stormwater management areas, sediment and erosion
                        control measures and receiving waterways.
                        Stormwater drainage will be designed to comply with
                        Queensland Urban Drainage Manual (QUDM) and Noosa
                        Shire Council minimum standards.

                        Approved development works for the Golf Resort and Spa
                        included an internal drainage network designed and
         PO2            constructed to convey stormwater runoff from the site to a
                        tributary of Lake Weyba (legal point of discharge) via
                        stormwater infrastructure.

                        It is proposed that the existing network is used where
                        possible. Upgrades to this network will be undertaken as
                        required.
                        Stormwater drainage will be designed to comply with
         PO3            Queensland Urban Drainage Manual (QUDM) and Noosa
                        Shire Council minimum standards.
                        Existing stormwater infrastructure will be utilised where
                        possible.

                        The existing/proposed drainage network will be privately
         PO4            owned and maintained.

                        The existing drainage network has direct connection to the
                        receiving waterway (Legal Point of Discharge). No drainage
                        easements are required or proposed.
                        Stormwater drainage does not cross any waterways,
         PO5            wetlands, drainage lines and ecologically important areas. It
                        is proposed to utilise existing pipework where possible.
