The first quarter summary performance sees the The J net operating position $1,755 behind YTD
projections.

Revenue is behind budget projections, mainly in the areas of venue hire ($12,730), ticket sales
($1,232) and bar/kiosk sales ($1,020). Approximately $6,400 of the lower venue hire for the
quarter is the result of a reduction in the hours required for the Noosa Long Weekend Festival
compared to previous years.

On the other hand, expenses are also down, mainly in the areas of contract services ($11,894)
and materials and services ($8,330). The lower revenue for venue hire and ticket sales flows
through to some areas of contract services and materials & services, such as lower demand on
cleaning requirements and materials, service and stock related to events.

Revenue is only slightly behind budget projections for the quarter. Expenses are well behind
expected budget projections for the quarter. This is due to some maintenance work being
postponed.
