predominately from the site Western boundary and observed as a cultivated mature canopy of a
linear/cultivated planting of Callistemon viminalis (Figure 3). All rehabilitation planting adjoining the
site on the western boundary was observed to be planted on a constructed bund or altered landform
and the canopy of Eucalyptus, Lophostemon and Corymbia spp. are a minimum 4m from the
boundary.

Other examples in proximity of the site where a buffer and setback from a Low Impact Industry use is
required from an Environmental Management and Conservation zone results in domination of weed
species, unmaintained spaces and access constraints (Figure 4). In addition to this design and
building treatments, articulated built form and varied skillion roof minimise the bulk of this Western
elevation.
