EASEMENT                                                    SUMMARY




           Purpose:
           This easement is for the purpose of water supply.


           The easement may be used for installing, maintaining, and repairing water pipelines and other
           infrastructure. The Grantor permits the Grantee to enter the Servient Tenement with their contractors and
           machinery to lay, install and maintain pipes, drains, conduits and channels ("the system") for the purpose
           of conveyance of water.


           Restrictions:
           You will not be permitted to carry out any building works other than paving, road works, landscaping and
           provision of other services upon the easement land or use the land in a way that interferes with or obstructs
           the stormwater flows and effective use of the easement land by the grantee. If in breach, the Grantee may
           remove such obstruction at the cost of the Grantor.
