The Governance Branch uses the content of the delegation registers to undertake a comprehensive
review of Council’s Register of Delegations and presents to Council any changes to current
delegations and new delegations to maintain the currency of Council’s Register of Delegations.

3. Building Regulation 2021
4. Disaster Management Act 2003
5. Disaster Management Regulation 2014
