The resulting changes to the Register of Delegations are highlighted yellow for identification. Copies
of these delegation registers are provided in Attachment 1. All changes are of an operational nature
and are recommended for delegation to the CEO. Delegation of these powers ensures that actions
taken by Council Officers are appropriately authorised and compliant with changes to State
legislation.
3.2 Summary of current delegations not requiring changes
The current Council Delegation Registers listed below require no changes to the previous year.
