                      Noosaville residents and visitors. Furthermore, parking is a major
                      constraint around Gympie Terrace, limited to on-street parking only.
                 •    The broader Noosa area in general is underserved by convenience-type
                      centres but more importantly there are no convenience-type centres in
                      the local area that have provision for a convenience store, food and
                      beverage services within walking distance of local residents and visitors
                      in Noosaville, and that also provide adequate parking.
           These characteristics indicate a very limited provision of convenience retail and
           food service facilities in Noosaville compared to the range of convenience
           facilities that are typically available to residents in urban areas, and to visitors
           in significant tourism areas.
