Log in to see the plans as drawn6 Stormwater Easements Please see plan 1702-01B which shows stormwater easements. 7 Preliminary Road Design We enclose plans 1702-01B and plans 1702-04A to 1702-06A which show preliminary road design. To provide a suitable house site on low lots minor fill will be placed generally as shown with 1:6 batter to natural surface. Overall slope is away from road as per existing ground and roofwater pits will be placed at low side of lots.
