Noosa Long Weekend Carnevale $4,000 A free community street parade and Noosa Contribution to entertainers and artist fees
Opening Event Beach spectacle event to open the Noosa and traffic management costs
Long Weekend Festival on 15 July 2016.
Noosa Strade Bianche Cycling $3,420 A three day cycling event in August Contribution to traffic management costs,
Event showcasing vintage and retro steel-framed Sag wagons and trailers, first aid stations
bicycles with rides through the Noosa and guest speaker fees.

Healthy Towns Award $1,000 The Inaugural Regional Healthy Towns Noosa Council’s sponsorship of the
Awards aims to support rural and regional inaugural regional Healthy Towns Awards
towns to run projects that improve community initiative covering Moreton, Sunshine
members’ health and happiness. Coast, Noosa and Gympie local
government areas
The awards are coordinated by the Primary
Health Network - Country to Coast, the
University of the Sunshine Coast and Griffith
University.
