To date, a field survey has been undertaken with Kabi Kabi Applicants on 13 July 2021 where an agreement
between TMR and the Kabi Kabi Applicant has been signed and suitable management strategies identified.
Future consultation and engagement is required with the Kabi Kabi People on the project to execute the
management recommendations/strategies where monitoring during ground disturbing works is proposed.
Wider consultation with local Council regarding the Cultural Heritage component was not required on this
project due to the potential risk attributed to the proposed works. However, this will be reassessed as the
project progresses.
