      Noosa.

drink outlets within the village mixed use precinct does not
exceed 7,500m² and includes a single full line supermarket

located in the Village mix use precinct.

Visitor accommodation is limited in scale and in the form of No acceptable outcome provided.
motel rooms, serviced apartments and hotel rooms servicing
the Noosa Business Centre and the Innovation zone and:
(a)   is located on the western side of the north south main
      street of the precinct;
(b)   in conjunction with a non­residential use in a mixed
      use format;
(c)   is separated from permanent residential uses to
      maintain amenity; and
(d)   where incorporating business uses such as a
      restaurant, function room or tour booking service, such
      facilities are located at the front of the ground floor so
      as to reinforce the interactive streetscape.
