The first stage of development in the Noosa Business Centre
includes:                                                   No acceptable outcome provided
(a)   construction of the road link between Hofmann Drive
      and Walter Hay Drive and dedication of the road
      reserve to Council;
(b)   construction of the internal circulation road through the
      Village mixed use precinct;
(c)   the internal circulation road is designed to provide a
      main street environment with proximity to the civic
      space;
(d)   the main street referred to in (c) is designed in
      accordance with the sections shown in Figure 6.4.1.5
      where Section 1A is provided where there is a primary
      active frontage identified onFigure 7.2.4.5 (Noosa
      Business Centre Framework and Character Plan).
(e)   a pedestrian link between the Noosa Civic shopping
      centre building and the main street area that passes
      through the village green space;
(f)   development of the Village Mixed Use precinct with a
      single supermarket sleaved with small floor plate retail
      including shops and food and drink outlets, with
      primary active street frontage to the village green space
      and main street; and
(g)   the construction of a minimum of 3,000m² of
      commercial office floor space, capable of use for
      commercial or professional offices, constructed in an
      adjacent Business park precinct or precincts.

Editor's Note: The development of the Noosa Business
Centre also includes the creation of a landscaped village
green space with a minimum area of 3,000m2 and a site for a
future transit facility of 5,000m2 which are included in the
Recreation and Open Space zone code and Community
Facilities zone code respectively.
Subsequent Stages

completion of the pedestrian network as shown on the Figure
7.2.4.5 (Noosa Business Centre Framework and Character
Plan).
