Buildings and other structures:                               Buildings and roofed structures are set back:

                                                              All buildings, structures and outdoor play areas are set back

                                                              AO19.3 Place of public worship
                                                              Buildings, structure and communal gathering areas are
                                                              setback 10m from a residential zone and 3m from all other
                                                              zones.

                                                              Buildings and structures with frontage to the Noosa River
                                                              system are set back not less than 10 metres from the mean
                                                              high water mark as shown in Figure AP3­15A.
