      (j)    Development provides an integrated built form with visual and physical connectivity across and throughout the
             Noosa Business Centre including the sub­regional transit facility.
      (k)    The scale and intensity of development does not detrimentally impact on the function of the road network of
             Eumundi Noosa Road, Eenie Creek Road or Walter Hay Drive.

Peregian Beach Innovation Zone

(4) The following overall outcomes apply to the Innovation Zone at Peregian Beach and are additional to the overall outcomes
of the Innovation zone:
      (a)    Development at Peregian Beach is of a scale and design consistent with the low scale coastal village location
             and includes lightweight built form and small scale pavilion style buildings surrounded by coastal landscaping.
      (b)    Development at the Digital Hub is for small scale uses including start­up businesses with a focus on digital
             technologies, creative industries, emerging research and technologies and professional knowledge based
             businesses.
      (c)    The zone also allows for some existing complementary professional and health care services at 247 David Low
             Way, Peregian Beach.


Acceptable outcomes are provided for some, but not all, performance outcomes, and identify ways in which
performance outcomes can be met. Compliance with the performance outcome should be demonstrated and the
acceptable outcomes are considered as one way to satisfy the corresponding performance outcome.
