      −   Glazing – Commercial grade noise-attenuated shopfront glass panels with associated
          commercial glass doors that have flexible permeable elements for a range of climatic
          conditions;

      −   Roof - Insulated steel sheet roofing; and

      −   Vegetation – Strategic placement of vegetation to address building aspect and soften the
          internal streetscapes;
Details of the various materiality is provided in the below extract of the building elevation plan in
Figure 8.

•     Vehicle loading/unloading are mostly located in dedicated areas which are not visible from public
      areas; and

•     Waste storage/collection are mostly located in dedicated areas which are not visible from public
      areas – Refer Appendix C.
