DRAFT NEW NOOSA PLAN
During this development application, the draft New Noosa Plan has been under further consideration
by Council. A second round of community consultation is now open for public submissions from
Monday 16 September 2019 to Monday 11 November 2019.
The zoning for southern part of Lot 1 on SP 222982 has been amended with the site now completely
included in the Major Centre Zone. This extends further south along Hofmann Drive to a further 2 lots.
The southern part of the site has been wholly removed from the Low Impact Industry Zone.

The zoning change has delivered the following changes to the intended precincts:

•     Hofmann Drive Business and Industry Precinct 4 is deleted;
