The design of the F&B pavilion continues to explore the coastal hinterland architectural vernacular
sharing a visual language with the surrounding buildings – refer Figure 19. Various design elements
ensure that the tenancies can effectively address the internal street frontages being ground floor uses
with accessible activation elements including doors, bi-fold windows and the outdoor dining itself.
The materials palette is simple, yet sophisticated and seeks to use local and sustainable building
materials. There includes an opportunity for outdoor dining elements to merge seamlessly with the
