    34. More consideration should be given to pedestrian desire lines linking across Hofmann to the
        existing Business Centre, and satisfactorily accommodating those desire lines.
Response to sub-item 34:
A new east west pedestrian spine has been provided, along with other pedestrian connectivity
adjustments.
The applicant does not control the adjacent public road reserve. With respect to desire lines and
linkages beyond the subject site, these have been identified in the diagram below and are considered
satisfactory.
