2.3. Surrounding Land Uses
The site abuts the existing par 3 golf course to the north and Council’s Weyba Refuge to the
south. To the east and northwest are rural residential properties accessed along Hollett Road
and Old Hollett Road. A Locality Plan and aerial photograph of the site are shown below.
