Timber framed floor to be in accordance with structural engineers design and detail. Provide
20mm structural sheet flooring over joists installed in accordance with manufacturers
specifications.
Folded COLORBOND® steel apron flashing to be fixed in accordance with manufacturers
specifications. Builder to ensure anti capillary break is provided to wall in accordance with
NCC 3.5.1.3.

base. Tank to be installed in accordance with tank manufacturers specifications.
