2.4. Pre-lodgement Discussions
A brief informal pre-lodgement discussion was held with the applicant’s town planning consultants
on 23 October 2014, with finalised proposal plans tabled and discussed but not provided for
Council’s review.

A formal pre-lodgement meeting was held with the applicant’s key consultants and design team on
28 November 2014. The applicant indicated fully developed design documents and supporting
specialist reports had been completed and a development application would be lodged soon after.
As such, a completed design was presented to Council officers and the meeting did not provide
scope for discussion of site constraints, supportable land uses, design development and the like.
The discussions therefore focussed on application material considered important to support the
application including revised master planning, mix of uses, vegetation clearing offsets, traffic
implications and carparking demand.
