                  C. Authorise the CEO to enter into preliminary negotiations with a Tier 1
                      Community Housing Provider to purchase proposed lot 1 for an agreed
                      market value for the purpose of delivering the housing outcomes above.

               REGIONAL GALLERY+" BUSINESS CASE

               That Council note the report by the Arts and Culture Manager to the General
               Committee meeting dated 11 December 2023 and award contract No. CN00449
               for the development of a Business Case for the "Noosa Regional Gallery+"
               Project to Knight Frank Australia Pty. Ltd. under a lump sum contract for a total
               contract value as per the tender submission.
