               RECOMMENDATION
               With regard to Application No. MCU22/0087.01 and OPW22/0140.01 to make a minor change to
               an existing approval for a minor change Development Permit for a Material Change of Use of
               Premises to Establish a Multiple Dwelling (3 units) and Development Permit for Operational Works
               (Drainage Work, Landscaping, Stormwater & Earthworks) situated at 37 Bottlebrush Ave Noosa
               Heads Qld 4567 and described as Lot 133 RP 88934, Council on 17 November 2025 decided to:
               A      Approve the change
               B      Amend conditions 2, 3, 26, 28 & 32 of the Development Permit for Material Change of Use.
                      Currency Period
               2.     This development approval lapses if the use has not happened by 21 July 2030, unless an
                      application to extend the currency period is approved by Council.
