Project Management Plan
Project Management Plan Review Process
The Project Management Plan (PMP) must be reviewed after any:
• Changes to the scope of works
• Changes to the design that create additional safety risks;
• Changes to relevant legislation, Codes of Practice or industry standards;
• Changes to the Clients safety systems;
• Safety alerts from external bodies that are relevant to the scope of works;
• Incidents, not limited to the project, where internal system changes are implemented;
The PMP must be reviewed monthly as a minimum even if no changes have occurred.
Any additional risks must be documented on the Project Risk Assessment (WHS-RA-003).
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for ensuring that any changes to the PMP are communicated to
the members of the Project Management Team and relevant workers and subcontractors.
