services data and copies of reports on any sub-surface investigations are stored in Folder 7.
Folder 8: Quality (ITPs, Check Sheets, Inspections, Audit Reports, Incidents /Hazards etc)
Include here copies of reports for all incidents that have occurred on or associated with this project; where
warranted, an Incident Register is also to be included here to facilitate review and close-out of Incident
Reports. Depending on the size of the project, this may be stored at Head Office
