Figure 1 shows that financial year 2020/21 occupancy levels at Noosa River are trending to pre-
Covid levels, whilst the elevated occupancy levels achieved at Boreen Point and Noosa North
Shore reflect the popularity of these parks during the Covid-19 restricted travel period and the
unique nature-based experiential offering for guests.

Figure 2 highlights the year on year consistency in average length of stay at Boreen Point and
Noosa North Shore. The higher than average length of stay at in financial year 2020/21 at Noosa
River is likely due to Covid-19 influenced travel patterns.
